By identifying the obstacles that staff have and being committed to helping them come up with solutions we increase the quality of their work as well as their loyalty to the company.
Our value as a company is based on integrity, accountability and treating our clients and each other with dignity and respect.

Job Descriptions
Ellen White – Owner
Assess New clients, Hire staff, Intake, over all support for staff and clients. Promoting the vision and helping staff achieve the goals for AAC.
Louis White – Owner
Billing and Administrative, promoting the vision and helping staff achieve the goals for AAC.
Marteen – Manager
Overall management of clients medical, appointments, needs, and care plans. Determining the Housing needs and finding solutions. Supervising time sheets and scheduling. Supervision over Managers. Supporting staff and clients. Promoting the vision and helping staff achieve the goals for AAC.
Cathy – Manager
Assisting Manager in any way that is needed to accomplish meeting the needs of AAC. Supervising time sheets and scheduling. Supervision over Staff. Quality Control. Supporting staff and clients. Promoting the vision and helping staff achieve the goals for AAC.
Nicole, Crystal and Patty – House Manager
Over all operation of home which includes inventory, clients complaints, supervising medications and individual needs, training, supervising safety issues and solutions, staff compliance of duties, policies and procedures. Communicating with managers and overseeing all scheduled appointments. Promoting the vision and helping staff achieve the goals for AAC.
Caregivers/CNA’s
Supervision of Self Administered Medication •Assistance with In-Home Testing Devices •Setting up Medical, Dental, and Other Appointments •Assistance with Hearing Aids, Dentures, etc. •Assistance with Grooming-Hair, Teeth, Shaving, etc. •Assistance with Bathing and Dressing •Activities of Daily Living. *Range of Motion Exercises •Meal Preparation •Transferring Client, Ambulating •Changing Incontinent Pads •Housekeeping, Laundry, and Bed Linen Changes •Transportation Services Such as: Grocery Shopping, Errands, and Medication Pick-Up •Social Activities •Companionship

Know the difference between a thought and a feeling. There is a difference between anger and aggression. There is a difference between yelling and screaming at someone when you are angry then telling them in an assertive way on how you are feeling, how it is bothering you and what behavior you would like different in someone. Others are mirrors of ourselves. What is it that irritates you in someone may be what bothers you about yourself.
